Diplomatic visit to Luxembourg Air Rescue
Luxembourg Air Rescue had the great pleasure of welcoming His Excellency Mr. Jean-François Terral, Ambassador of France, as well as his Consul, Ms. Nadine Zambeaux, at Findel. The delegation from the French Embassy wished to learn more about LAR’s activities.
During a tour of LAR’s facilities at Luxembourg Airport, the delegation gained insight into LAR’s daily work. The Ambassador was able to visit all the equipment, both aeronautical and medical, and learned how LAR is organized and how it operates.
After a short presentation of LAR’s activities in Luxembourg and around the world, the Ambassador, showing great interest, had the opportunity to ask questions directly to the operations staff and the alert center team.
Furthermore, impressed by the work carried out by LAR, he assured the organization of his full support in helping to resolve difficulties, for example in the case of cross-border missions in France, following the model that already exists in the neighboring German border region.
